Your initial appointment is the foundation of our partnership. It typically consists of a thorough examination and a detailed review of your treatment options.
Immediate Care: In many cases, treatment can be initiated or even completed on the same day as your consultation.
Complex Cases: For patients with a complex medical history or those requiring a more intricate treatment plan, we may utilize the first visit for a comprehensive evaluation and schedule a second appointment to provide the necessary treatment.
Our dentists take the required time to properly diagnose your concerns, review your dental and medical history, and create a customized treatment plan optimized for your long-term health.
New Patient Checklist: What to Bring
To help us provide the most accurate care and save you time, please ensure you have the following information ready at the time of your consultation:
Medical History & Medications
A complete list of any medications you are currently taking (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy).Dental Insurance
If applicable, please bring your completed insurance forms or cards. This allows us to process your claims efficiently.
A Note on Dental X-Rays
If your previous dentist or physician has taken recent X-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If time is short, please pick them up and bring them with you. Should additional imaging be necessary to provide a complete diagnosis, our facility is equipped with the latest Digital Imaging Technology to take them on-site.

Please alert our office prior to treatment if you have any medical conditions that may require special precautions, such as:
Diabetes or High Blood Pressure
Artificial Heart Valves or Joints
Rheumatic Fever or other systemic concerns.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.
